I always looked up to Phil. He was more of a brother than uncle to me when we were growing up. He taught me how to ride a bike and how to swim. His methods weren't always text book but you learnt quickly. Phil was always there for me growing up and was a big part of me and my sisters lives. I have so many great memories of Phil and he is a great loss to me and his family. Rest in peace. Love you. Tim.
